be sent biographical information,
availability details and a full quote
explaining costs, timings and booking
information

you are happy to go ahead you can book
with a modest deposit
* after
that you are welcome to get in touch at
any point with instructions or
questions

clients are always contacted about a week
before an event just to run through all
playing details for a final
time
* all
payments are given receipts
* all
bookings are confirmed in writing - by
email, text or letter depending on client
preference
* if
you're not sure about all details of the
booking such as tunes, timings, uniform
choice - you can decide in the run-up to
the event
